Cancellation Policy

Reserved just for you.

When you make an appointment a specific amount of time has been reserved just for you. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, Pendleton Family Dental requires a minimum of 48 hours notice so that we may offer this appointment to someone else. Missed appointments and last minute cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of $25.00 for general dentistry and $50.00 for specialty appointments.

We are aware that sometimes an unexpected illness or emergency will cause you to miss your appointment. We ask that you please let us know as soon as possible to avoid a broken appointment charge and allow your space to be made available to those who may have a dental emergency.

Dental Emergencies

If you are in pain, call us.

Dental pain is never “normal.” It always indicates that something is wrong. The earlier we can check it out, the better a chance we have of catching the problem when it can be easily solved.

Dental emergencies can take many forms, though.

Some of the most common reasons we see patients on an emergency basis include:

  • Dental pain
  • A “pimple” or lesion on the gums (this usually indicates an abscess, a potentially dangerous infection)
  • A broken tooth
  • A tooth that has been knocked loose or completely out
  • Injury to the gums or palate
  • A foreign object lodged between the teeth or in the gums that can’t be removed with dental floss or brushing
  • Damage to a dental restoration
  • A lost dental restoration

If you aren’t sure whether you are having an emergency, go ahead and give us a call. We’ll ask you the necessary questions to determine how quickly you should be seen. Don’t ever think that you are bothering us – this is why we are here!

“What our patients are saying”

I would like to let you know how much I appreciate the beautiful work Dr. Nguyen did on my teeth today.  I had broken my teeth yesterday.  This morning I went to your center to make an appointment.  You office was kind enough to schedule me for the same day at 2 pm.  I was relieved because I was leaving on vacation in one week.  I am grateful for the extra care, the professional attitude of your staff and sensitivity to my predicament. I hope you will relay my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Nguyen for giving me my smile back.

Dr. Chen and Nichole were excellent.  Very fast and comforting.  I was very nervous and they made me feel very relaxed and secure!
